Lee Sun-gyun, one of my favorites, is known for his generally calm and warm ahjusshi characters. But as Choi Hyun-wook, he is fiery and shouty and rude and….SO ATTRACTIVE. I don’t know how he does it. But he made a character that I should hate and, instead, made me love him to pieces. He owned that drama like you wouldn’t believe. He constantly has this expression on his face that suggest that everything about the world is unimpressive. I LOVE IT. He’s like wine, time has really refined him.
